It is understood that you hold tokens in Crypto20, initially issued by the Invictus Group via an Initial Coin Offering in 2017. These tokens entitle you to claim participatory shares in Crypto20 SP (“C20”) a segregated portfolio of Invictus Capital Financial Technologies SPC (“Invictus SPC”). Please be advised that Invictus SPC’s directors have determined that Invictus SPC, including C20, should be closed, returning the remaining capital to its investors via a compulsory redemption (the “Redemption”). The Redemption is due to occur by 14 July 2023, in order to receive your pro-rata share of the proceeds of the Redemption you are required to action certain steps, including claiming your participatory shares in C20, by 29 June 2023.
