The conditions were incrediable, probably the clearest I’ve seen it this year. There was almost no wind and the temperature was pretty mild, so this session felt like a real treat! As the galactic core of the Milky Way has now descended beneath our horizon during astronomical darkness, I would ordinarily be focusing on the winter constellations. Upon arrival, the tail of the MW was so well visible to the naked eye, I decided to make this the feature.
