PORTRAIT (2023) I'm standing in front of a mirror. Looking at the painting palette, as if the colors on it represent me and my deepest emotions. The dim light was more than enough to make all the smoke coming out of my cigarette seen. As I inhaled, I started to have hits with my brush on the canvas, like I was exhaling on it. I could see myself creating something; it was when I suddenly stopped painting. Was I the result or was it me that wanted to have this result?
