HEX Stake Instance's (HSI's) are created as part of the Hedron protocol. Hedron allows it's users to create HEX stakes which are tradable as NFT's. These HSI NFT's can later be used to control the underlying HEX stake as well as participate in the other functions of the Hedron protocol.
