  • description :[title]2024 Alpha Trading Wallet Funding[/title]## Overview -The aim of this proposal is to secure a budget with the main goal to create educational content for the community. In addition to the emphasis on education and content. another goal is to have funds readily available to trade with and act on time sensitive market opportunities. This can include but is not limited to NFT trading, token trading, airdrop opportunities, lockup opportunities, etc. The web3 space moves very fast and with how long our projects proposal process can be, it is tough to act on opportunities that the market may present on a short notice ## Goals -Community Building and Education *Education through justification of the trades made. Any trade made with the funds for this proposal is not financial advice -Fund wallet to act on time sensitive market opportunities and short term trade to overall benefit the FrankenpunksDAO -Potential way to create some kind of income flow back to the community and the DAO ## FrankenDAO Benefits -Education and content through live trading on Alpha VCs, justification on those trades and any other trades made with these funds, monitoring the market and growing as a community as traders. -Allows for the team and the active community to act on time sensitive market opportunities that other times would be difficult due to how long our proposal process can take. The responsibility and ultimate decision to execute these trades lie with the team. The team has final discretion on the transactions made AND any trades done with these funds are not financial advice -Ideally, this can provide a slight revenue stream back to the community and the DAO treasury if done correctly. -Ability to capitalize on more lucrative and/or time sensitive market opportunities while growing the community within the project at the same time ## Timeline Can go into effect immediately after execution and should provide runway for the full year. ## Execution plan -Execution of this proposal will be done over time through actively trading as a community -The funds ultimately will be used to build up a wallet balance and redistribute those profits back to the DAO and the community Allocation of Funds/Stop-Loss Triggers/ And Plans for Discussion Threads (specifically for each potential trade avenue): 1.) CC_Riders Non-Consulted Trades -Allocation: 20% (3 Eth) -Responsibility over Trading Decisions ultimately fall with CC_Riders This being said, there will no doubt be communication before any bigger trades/transactions are done (if there are any) 2.) Chapta Non-Consulted Trades -Allocation: 30% (4.5 Eth) Reason being for the higher allocation for Chapta is due to his plans to engage in lock up opportunities in addition to his typical trades to pad his bag (Ex. Blast) -Responsibility over Trading Decisions ultimately fall with Chapta This being said, there will no doubt be communication before any bigger trades/transactions are done (if there are any) 3.) Community Consulted NFT Trades -Allocation: 25% (3.75 Eth) -Stop Loss Triggers (General Idea for NFTs): X > 1 Eth; 25% S/L Trigger 1 Eth > X > .5 Eth; 35% S/L Trigger X < .5 Eth; 50% S/L Trigger (Community discussion about cutting loss at -25% on Initial Investment) -Always happy to edit these Stop Loss Triggers but since these are NFTs stop losses, they have more wiggle room due to volatility of NFTs. Regardless, any 25% drop on any purchase will spark a discussion about cutting out. 4.) Airdrop Farming, Lockups (Community Consulted), and Token Trading (If any occurs. Spot bags only, no Leverage Trading.) -Allocation: 25% (3.75 Eth) -Stop Loss Trigger: Generally a more strict trigger would be placed on stop losses when doing these kinds of trading. That being said, it is difficult to predetermine a stop loss when so many variables are unknown. I believe placing a procedure where if our initial investment drops anywhere between 10%-20% we immediately spark the discussion of whether or not to cut out. Ultimately when it comes down to these types of trades (Specifically token trading) I think a specific stop loss should be identified before entering the trade. Very important things to keep in mind even when it comes down to this general framework: 1.) When it comes to community decisions around entering and exiting trades, majority rules. This way even low engagement suggestions have a chance of being executed on. Do keep in mind that at the end of the day, final execution and decision making on these trades still lie with the team. 2.) Despite the allocations, the funds for this proposal will stay in the Alpha Trading Wallet Gnosis until it is ready to be used within a trade. 3.) This one is very important, there will be discussion channels specifically designed for each potential trade we do as a project. This is where the discussions will happen respectively ## Budget and fund utilization The asked for budget for this proposal is 15 eth (At the current price of Eth($2300)= $34,500 USD) This 15 eth will act as an active trading fund for the FrankenDAO -Final discretion and execution of trades responsibilities lie with the Frankenpunks Team - This being said, the size of the budget is to allow for the active community have a strong say in some of the trades that are made with these funds. -Any trades made with these funds are not financial advice. Follow at your own risk if you do. -Theoretically, once the initial 15 eth is turned to a substantial amount, Profits separate from the initial 15 eth will be redistributed back to the DAO as follows: 50% back to the DAO Treasury 30% directly back to the community 20% split between the team on any profitable trades that are made individually #### What areas of the community does this touch? FrankenPunks, FrankenDAO ### Proposed transactions ##### Transaction #1 FrankenDAO sends **15 $ETH** to **0xC926e0aB73e0B962821f90C5333a39C4170689a9**
