"Nouns x Junior Achievement" is a collaboration between an international organization and Nouns DAO that aims to implement an education and training program for youth, providing a comprehensive understanding of what web3 is and all its components. Each year, the JA Worldwide network engages approximately 470,000 volunteers who empower over 10 million young people globally. The purpose is to stimulate the development of personal and professional skills in individuals aged 15 to 24 facing social vulnerability, especially students from public schools, with the goal of creating and enhancing more prosperous communities.
Operating in over 100 countries, JA has been present in Brazil for nearly four decades, impacting over 5.7 million young people. Recognized as the 6th most influential NGO in the world by thedotgood, Junior Achievement Worldwide has been nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize for two consecutive years (2022 and 2023) and has also been listed among the 100 Best Companies to Work for in Fast Company for Innovators.

Aligned with the values of Junior Achievement, the project aims to create and include in the curriculum an in-depth web3 study course, seeking to empower a total of 1000 young individuals throughout the year 2024. The course will cover the beginning of blockchain technology, current developments, and future prospects, educating and teaching all possibilities. It will explain decentralized finance, various types of governance, security precautions, and provide programming skills from basic to advanced in blockchain, thus preparing students for this emerging job market.

In Espírito Santo since 2001, we have reached the milestone of benefiting over 265,000 young individuals through educational programs over these 22 years of existence.
# HOW?
We have meticulously designed a calendar featuring a comprehensive curriculum comprising 36 classes that span from fundamental to advanced levels. Each session will be facilitated by highly qualified instructors, guaranteeing the delivery of information at the utmost level of expertise in each subject. This approach is particularly crucial as our target audience consists of individuals who are entirely new to the realm of cryptocurrency. Our commitment to providing qualified educators ensures that participants receive a thorough and well-rounded understanding of the subject matter, laying a strong foundation for their journey into the world of crypto, especially considering the initial lack of exposure many of them may have had in this field.
# Schedule 📆
We have divided the course into 6 modules that we consider crucial for students' understanding throughout the program, totaling 38 lessons. The lessons will be conducted in blocks of up to 4 hours per week, both in the morning and afternoon. This structure provides flexibility for participants, allowing them to delve into the content at a pace that promotes deep comprehension while accommodating different preferences and time constraints. This way, they can assimilate the material thoroughly without compromising their regular school activities.

# Classes 🏫
The goal of this project is to reach a total of **33 classes with up to 30 students** each, totaling approximately 1,000 students benefiting throughout the year 2024.
# Build a DAO ️🛠️
A DAO will be created, where all enrolled students in the program will have access to 1 governance token. This token will be used for:
- Their new on-chain identity
- Project presentations
- Practical assignments
- Final Project
# Final Project ️📋
After the entire course is completed, divided by classes, participants form groups to work on a collaborative project, a fundamental part of the course. The project themes are chosen based on what they have learned, ensuring practicality. This final project will take place at the end of each class's course.
The assessment is carried out by the course governance, which includes students, teachers, and administration, ensuring diverse perspectives. The group with the best project, chosen by this collective group, receives a reward of **0.5 ETH**. This encourages active participation, teamwork, and a deeper understanding of the course material.
# Certification 🎓
Upon successfully completing this course, students will be eligible to receive a certificate recognizing their achievements. The certificate will be offered in two formats:
- **Physical Certificate**: A printed and signed certificate will be sent to the address provided by students during the registration process. This certificate serves as tangible recognition of their skills and knowledge in the field of Web3.
- **Digital Certificate**: In addition to the physical certificate, students will also have access to a digital version of the certificate (NFT). This blockchain certificate is easily shareable and can be included in professional profiles, resumes, and social media platforms.
Both certificates will highlight key topics and skills acquired throughout the course. This certificate serves as a testament to students' commitment to learning and their readiness to contribute in the ever-evolving field of Web3.
