- reason : I would love to see the team more seriously consider the DAO LLC in the Marshall Islands instead of the WY DUNA. It has all the same benefits of being made for DAOs & Web3, not requiring a management team, and allowing for anonymous membership. It has the benefits of being offshore (non-US) and tax-free (as opposed to the DUNA being taxed as a for-profit corporation). I think the DUNA is awesome and actually would be a great move, generally, as a DAO legal entity; I just would prefer the RMI DAO LLC be seriously considered first as a potential alternative.
